In addition, we included all-natural rhodiola rosea extract which helps support healthy brain function, reduce mental fatigue, and improve performance.
Our product isn't intended for weight loss or gain. However, depending on your individual diet, you could see a change in weight by replacing unhealthy foods with our shakes.
One of our servings is actually on the lower end of the recommended amount of carbs per meal. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends that carbs make up 45% to 65% of your total daily calories. So if you follow a diet of 2,000 calories per day then your body needs between 225 to 325 grams of carbs per day. One of our servings has roughly the same amount of carbs as one bagel and is only a small portion of the amount of carbs your body needs per day. Your body uses carbs to produce energy which makes them essential for sustained energy during long gaming sessions.
If you follow a diet consuming around 2,000 calories per day then your lunch and dinner should be between 500 to 700 calories. One of our servings is actually on the low end at 400 calories and some people even consume only one scoop at a time which is only 200 calories.
